BRG's Transaction Advisory team in New York seeks professionals to work in a collaborative, team-driven environment on buy/sell diligence engagements. You will articulate findings on key financial issues and value drivers, supporting earnings quality, working capital trends, and cash flow analyses.

Ideal candidates hold a business/finance degree, 3+ years in consulting, strong Excel modeling, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 25% is expected; CPA/CFA or GAAP knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years of work experience, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis (Excel), including 3-statement models and cash flows.
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to interact with junior and senior team members.
• CFA, CPA or GAAP accounting knowledge is a plus; willing to travel up to 25%.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Capital IQ, Bloomberg.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day activities of TA client service teams on buy/sell side diligence engagements.
• Demonstrate delegation, supervision and leadership across engagements.
• Identify issues for purchase price adjustments and deal structuring insights.
• Use finance skills to perform earnings quality, trend analysis, working capital, and cash flow work.
• Collaborate with TA and BRG experts, other firms, and client contacts to meet objectives.
• Lead the preparation of reports, analyses, and client deliverables.
• Contribute to marketing, pitches, and development of the practice.
