Nightwing is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the unified AMS/FIPE solution. The role develops materials, conducts sessions, and ensures operators can effectively use system capabilities across multiple skill levels.

With 10+ years of technical training experience and TS/SCI clearance, you will coordinate with SMEs, create practical demonstrations, and continuously update content to align with software changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of technical training experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience developing training for complex software systems.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with e-learning development tools.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences.
• Experience training in classified environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Must be U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training curricula and materials.
• Conduct training sessions at various locations (NCR, San Antonio, Ft. Eisenhower, Hawaii).
• Create hands-on exercises and practical demonstrations.
• Develop training videos and interactive tutorials.
• Assess training effectiveness and adjust content accordingly.
• Coordinate with SMEs to ensure technical accuracy.
• Support user onboarding and transition activities.
• Maintain training materials in current state with software updates.
• Develop training assessment and certification processes.
• Support development of in-program tutorials.
