Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a training environment or related field.
• 12+ years of experience working with the customer in a classified environment.
• 12+ years of experience in training coordination, administrative support, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Integrate real-world scenarios into course development.
• Put trainees into representative situations for immersion.
• Develop standardized courses that fit into existing training structure.
• Identify all training needs for complete course execution.
• Gather training feedback from observations and forms.
• Refine courses based on feedback.
