Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Associate's degree with banking experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage time and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or a minimum of an associate's degree with three to five or more years banking experience.
• Ability to work with multiple individuals within the organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and close attention to detail.
• Proven team player.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite of programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time to meet deadlines.
• Positive and professional attitude in an open, team environment.
• Will work in client facing environments on periodic basis.
• Up to 50% travel required for the position.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Delivers training for associates in person, online, or webinar formats covering technical, operational, and management areas.
• Develops training curricula and recommends vendor programs to meet goals.
• Formulates training agendas and selects instructional methods based on needs.
• Creates training aids including manuals, multimedia, and tutorials.
• Coordinates administrative tasks to deliver and document training programs.
• Evaluates training effectiveness and revises objectives and methods accordingly.
• Analyzes training needs for individuals and groups.
• Answers calls and questions to support ongoing training needs.
• Develops and updates written procedures.
• Cross-trains with other Learning and Development roles; supports special projects.
