• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite of programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Up to 50% travel required for the position.

• Develops training curricula and utilizes vendor programs to meet goals.
• Formulates training agendas and selects instructional methods.
• Develops training aids, handbooks, multimedia aids, tutorials, and references.
• Coordinates administrative functions to deliver and document training.
• Evaluates training effectiveness and revises objectives.
