Job summary

The role involves preparing operational training materials (PowerPoint, videos, etc.), analyzing the training matrix, and recommending paths to ensure adequately trained employees across all operating areas.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree preferred with 10 years of manufacturing experience.
• Attention to details and strong analytics.
• Self-motivated, able to manage multi-tasks and deliver quality.
• Ability to support change management, continuous improvement, and project management.
• Advance level in computer literacy (Office suite).

Responsibilities

• Lead role to review standard operating procedures and ensure training documentation is in alignment.
• Prepare operational training material (powerpoint, video, etc.) as needed.
• Analyze current training matrix and make recommendations on path forward to ensure we have adequate trained employees in all operational areas.
• Assist in training of process technicians.
• Maintain up to date training matrix.
• Perform other duties as directed
• Complies with Business/Quality policy and objectives.
