Qualifications

• 2 years of exp in training, learning & development within manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing environment; line experience is a plus.
• Proven experience building and implementing training programs from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and plant operations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations, quality, and safety teams.
• Ability to create structured training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement training programs for production, safety, quality, and operational processes.
• Evaluate training gaps and build scalable onboarding and continuous training programs.
• Partner with operations leadership to align training with business goals and targets.
• Standardize work instructions, SOPs, and training documentation across the facility.
• Track training effectiveness with KPIs and feedback loops.
• Support organizational development, change management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory training requirements.
• Facilitate classroom and hands-on training sessions in a manufacturing setting.
