Job summary

Lenzing AG in Mobile, AL is seeking an Employee in Plant Improvement to lead the review of standard operating procedures and ensure training documentation aligns with current processes and standards. The role involves preparing operational training materials (PowerPoint, videos, etc.), analyzing the training matrix, and recommending paths to ensure adequately trained employees across all operating areas.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree preferred with 10 years of manufacturing experience.
• Attention to details and strong analytics.
• Self-motivated, able to manage multi-tasks and deliver quality.
• Ability to support change management, continuous improvement, and project management.
• Advance level in computer literacy (Office suite).

Responsibilities
