Job summary

T1 Energy is hiring a Senior Training & Onboarding Manager to lead world-class training programs at its Wilmer, Texas facility. You will build systems, content, and culture to ramp and sustain performance for a high-volume solar manufacturing operation.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in manufacturing training or L&D, with senior-level experience and strong proficiency in LMS platforms and instructional design best practices. Solar manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing training or L&D with senior or management experience.
• Experience building scalable training in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Solar/manufacturing domain familiarity is a plus.
• Experience with instructional design best practices (ADDIE, SAM).
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and continuously improve onboarding and training for production operators and new hires.
• Partner with plant leadership, engineering, and HSE to identify gaps and develop competency frameworks.
• Develop train-the-trainer programs to scale learning capacity.
• Create and maintain standard work docs, SOPs, visuals, and e-learning content.
• Track completion, certifications, and time-to-proficiency; report on effectiveness.
• Lead new employee orientation and uphold T1 Energy's onboarding culture.
• Manage LMS and maintain accurate training records for audits.
