Job summary

You will work with HR, Safety, Operations, and department leaders to ensure employees are trained and prepared to perform safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in training, workforce development, or related field.
• Experience facilitating classroom and hands-on training programs.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
