Job summary

T1 Energy seeks a Senior Training & Onboarding Manager for its 5 GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas. You will design, build, and continuously improve onboarding and training programs for production operators and technicians across all shifts, aligning with quality and safety standards.

You will lead a train-the-trainer program, maintain SOPs and e-learning content, track certification status, and ensure audit-ready training records while partnering with leadership and engineering.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing training or L&D.
• Senior/manager-level experience in fast-paced production.
• Strong experience building programs in high-volume settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve onboarding/training for operators and technicians.
• Partner with plant leadership, engineering, and HSE to close gaps.
• Develop train-the-trainer programs to scale learning.
• Create SOPs, visuals, and e-learning for assembly and QA.
