Job summary

Komatsu seeks a Senior Manager of Technical and Operator Training focused on Electric Drive Truck products. This onsite leadership role will oversee the creation and delivery of instructional content, manage a distributed team of trainers, and coordinate training activities across regions and customers.

The ideal candidate combines technical credibility with strong people management, shaping curricula, expanding delivery, and aligning the training roadmap with regional and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in heavy construction or surface mining industries.
• Experience developing/conducting technical training programs preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting concepts, high/low voltage, diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed team of technical and operator training professionals.
• Manage training schedules, workloads, travel coordination, and customer commitments.
• Partner with regional service teams and stakeholders to assess training needs and provide support.
• Coordinate training delivery for internal teams, regions, dealers and customers.
