SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sr. Training Manager to design, develop, implement, and deliver product, technical, and sales training globally.

You’ll collaborate with Commercial Leadership, Product Management, Marketing, and Global Sales Enablement to build programs that build technical expertise and sales effectiveness. This role is located in Marlborough, MA, is full-time, requires 7+ years in biotech commercial roles, and involves travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in scientific discipline or education-focused program.
• 7+ years of commercial experience in biotech, life sciences, or related industry.
• Experience designing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning.
• Familiarity with sales methodology and CRM systems, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training strategies aligned with business goals and global needs.
• Develop instructor-led, virtual, and blended programs with assessments and certifications.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and stakeholders to drive adoption of core competencies.
• Measure outcomes and continuously improve learning programs using data.
• Coordinate with regional and global leaders to standardize capabilities globally.
