Job summary

SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sr. Training Manager for Commercial Sales Excellence & Training to design, develop, and deliver training programs supporting global commercial priorities.

The role partners with Commercial Leadership, Product Management, Marketing, and Global Enablement to build technical expertise, commercial acumen, and sales effectiveness, and is fully remote with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline or an education-focused master's.
• 7+ years of commercial experience in biotechnology, life sciences, analytical instrumentation, diagnostics, or related industry.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Knowledge of commercial excellence principles including sales methodology, funnel management, value selling, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with business objectives.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and stakeholders to drive adoption of competencies and best practices.
• Measure training effectiveness using assessments, certifications, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with regional/global leaders to ensure consistent capability development.
