Qualifications

• Significant built-environment industry experience with credibility to facilitate in front of construction executives and field leaders.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience facilitating, teaching, or coaching executive or professional audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or related field preferred; substantial industry experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary facilitator across FMI's Training Institute Performance offerings (PMA, CBA, Performance Trainings, and future offerings).
• Deliver high-quality, industry-relevant content to construction audiences.
• Adapt delivery in real time based on participant engagement and client objectives.
• Mentor and develop facilitators and subcontractors through coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare for successful engagements and develop client-ready materials.
