Job summary

U.S. Fleet Forces Command in Fort Meade, MD seeks a Supervisory Management Analyst in the N7 Training and Exercises Department (CWG-SIX). You will lead civilian and military staff, set priorities, and direct workflow to support command readiness.

You will oversee linguist proficiency programs, manage the Navy Cyber On-Net Operator training program, and coordinate ISIC training and joint exercises to ensure mission readiness across ISIC commands.

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GG/GS-13 or pay band in federal service or equivalent.
• Experience supervising a mixed civilian/military team and resolving conflicts.
• Ability to interpret policy to produce management analyses for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience using intelligence concepts to evaluate readiness and support mission tasks.
• Experience drafting and editing civilian performance reviews, military evaluations, awards, memos, and briefs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise administrative support personnel, set priorities, and direct workflow.
• Oversee language program to ensure Navy-mandated linguistic proficiency requirements for ISIC linguists.
• Oversee management of the Navy’s Cyber On-Net Operator training program and TEMDUINS student admin requirements.
• Manage the ISIC Training Program including CMT requirements and Navy advancement/exams for training readiness.
• Coordinate ISIC Navy Fleet and Joint service training exercises, including planning, execution, and lessons learned.
