Job summary

ICF is seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Range Engineer to support the Joint Cyber Training Enterprise (JCTE) at Ft. Meade, MD.

This role requires SME-level guidance on cyber range development, systems administration, cybersecurity, and account management for JCTE, reporting to the Chief, Engineer for JCTE. You will advise on cyber range operations for USCC, translate defense training goals into event environments, design and execute range events, and ensure secure architecture and LDAP/SSO

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of related work experience.
4+ years on CNO/CNE/CND platforms.
5 years of experience with cyber training and CPT coordination.
Active DoD high level clearance with ability to obtain polygraph.
US citizenship is required for contract.
DoD 8570 IAT Level II or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

Advise cyber range operations supporting US Cyber Command (USCC).
Integrate with cyber operators to enable DCO/OCO operations across service components.
Translate training goals into actionable event environments and design/execution.
Provide architecture, authentication, and system security guidance.
Fulfill on-call responsibilities and drive process improvements.
Provide expert IT, virtual environment, and network support.
