Job summary

Kaizen Approach in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, seeks a Senior Instructor / Training Specialist III to deliver, update, and mentor advanced analytic training for the National Cryptologic University (NCU). You will teach SIGINT and Cyber Discovery to intelligence professionals, aligning courses with mission requirements and evolving analytic methods.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience developing and delivering technical training or mentoring within DoD/IC environments.
• Must be capable of designing, updating, and evaluating course materials per NCU standards.
• Must have excellent communication and facilitation skills for in-person and virtual instruction.
• Must be eligible for or hold NCU Adjunct Faculty certification (National Cryptologic School Instructor Course preferred).
• Must have two (2) years of relevant SIGINT, Cyber Analysis, or Instructional experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
• Must have six (6) years of relevant SIGINT, Cyber Analysis, or Instructional experience with a High School Diploma (or GED) if a degree is not held.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, update, and mentor advanced analytic training for SIGINT/ Cyber Discovery.
• Collaborate with government and contractor teams to modernize course content and maintain training standards.
• Prepare the next generation of analysts supporting a high-level mission.
• Mentor intelligence professionals in SIGINT and Cyber Discovery disciplines.
