Job summary

The French's Food Company, a subsidiary of McCormick & Company, Inc., seeks a full-time Training Manager for the Springfield, MO facility. You will lead the Site Training & Development program and oversee the T&D pillar as part of the Journey to Excellence.

Under the direction of the Continious Improvement Manager, you will partner with plant leadership to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and measure training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant training experience with curriculum development.
• Experience in adult learning theory and manufacturing environment.
• Strong TPM/lean manufacturing understanding.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Site Training & Development program.
• Partner with plant leadership to determine training needs aligning with goals.
• Develop and implement training standards and measures.
• Lead onboarding and early development for new employees.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and coach continuous improvement.
