Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Master's degree in any discipline plus at least 10 years of experience; or a bachelor's degree plus 4 years of additional related experience may substitute for the master's degree.

• Design or conduct work related training and development programs to improve individual skills or organizational performance
