Job summary

ANSER is seeking a Management Analyst (Acquisition, Supply) to support the IC2IS division at NAWCAD. The role leads life cycle acquisition and procurement management for supply requirements, including planning, document development, monitoring, tracking, and close out.

Responsibilities include translating technical requirements into acquisition documentation and ensuring compliance with formats and standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• 10+ years in life cycle acquisition and procurement management in the DoD.
• Master's degree with 10+ years experience or a bachelor's degree with 14+ years total experience substitution allowed.
• Experience translating technical requirements into acquisition documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team performing life cycle acquisition and procurement management for supply requirements.
• Manage planning, acquisition/procurement document development, monitoring, tracking, and close out.
• Translate technical requirements into acquisition documentation within prescribed formats and standards.
