Job summary

ANSER seeks a Training and Development Specialist to plan, direct, and coordinate the organization’s training activities within the IC2IS Division for NAWCAD WOLF. You will design work-related programs to improve individual skills and overall performance.

Position Summary

The NAWCAD WOLF Integrated Command, Control and Intel Systems (IC2&IS) Division provides full spectrum Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) technical and systems engineering solutions to the warfighter. The IC2&IS Division, operating under the oLSI model, has requirements for integrated product development support, technical project management support, and operational support to successfully fulfill the IC2&IS Division's mission of providing support services at both the diverse project levels and the overall Division organization level. Training and Development Specialist plans, directs, and coordinates the training and development activities and staff of the organization. Designs and conducts work related training and development programs to improve individual skills and organizational performance, and analyzes training needs and evaluates training effectiveness.

Full-Time Salary Range for this position

$107,300 - $155,600 USD
