Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, is seeking a Cyber Forensic Analyst IV to join our Colorado Springs team. The role focuses on developing cyber training courseware for MD 31's Cyberspace Support Unit and building qualification materials for CDO, IR, and CCL positions.

The candidate will hold DoD 8140 advanced certifications and GIAC GCFA/FOR508 or GNFA/FOR572, maintain currency, and support quality control of training materials, reporting to Training Development leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 8-10 years of cybersecurity, digital forensics, or cyber training development experience.
• Two DoD 8140 Advanced-tier certifications with one GCFA/FOR508 or GNFA/FOR572.
• Strong technical writing skills for translating cyber defense procedures into training materials.
• Active Top Secret clearance; SCI eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cyber training courseware for MD 31's Cyberspace Support Unit.
• Coordinate course scheduling with the MD 6 Formal Training Flight and Training Manager approvals.
• Track and process certification training waivers as needed.
• Maintain two DoD 8140 Advanced-level certifications (Cyber Enablers, Cyber Security, or Cyber Effects) and GCFA/FOR508 or GNFA/FOR572 without lapses in currency.
• Support quality control and modernization of cyber training materials in coordination with Training Development leadership.
