Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, seeks a Training Developer III in Colorado Springs, CO. You will design, develop, and maintain SCN courseware, lesson plans, tests, and performance-based training aligned with ISD standards and RSP requirements.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Instructional Design or related field, 5-7 years of experience, ISD knowledge, strong technical writing skills, and an active SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related discipline.
• 5-7 years of courseware development, instructional design, or curriculum development experience.
• Working knowledge of Instructional Systems Development (ISD) methodology.
• Strong technical writing and content development skills.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Review, revise, and create SCN courseware materials, lesson plans, student guides, presentations, and handouts per MTLs, RTMs, APOIs.
• Adhere to the ISD model as defined in DAFMAN 36-2675.
• Develop clear, measurable lesson plan objectives aligned with RSP goals.
