Airbus Defence and Space Limited in Portsmouth is seeking a Customer Training Manager to establish and manage technical communication training services for Space Digital, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. We are looking for a Customer Training Manager to join our team at Airbus Defence & Space, Portsmouth.
Reporting directly to the Head of Logistics, ILS and Training you will be responsible for establishing and managing technical communication training services for Space Digital and ensure that training products and services are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer and user requirements.
You will conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps and develop effective training solutions while collaborating with various internal teams such as Bid Management, Product Development, and Engineering.
