Job summary

ASM Research is seeking a Project Analyst, Sr to support a client training workstream focused on career-path curriculum for warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and federal workforce environments. You will help translate objectives into organized, deployable learning materials and implementation plans.

You will facilitate sessions, track activities, and help ensure training delivery aligns with site needs, with up to 25% travel and collaboration with client stakeholders and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or SCM, or MBA.
• 2–3 years in warehouse/distribution/manufacturing or federal govt.
• Experience supporting instructional design, curriculum development or training delivery.
• Experience facilitating in-person/virtual meetings.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust; up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training curricula and materials for multiple career paths.
• Create facilitator criteria, training materials, and readiness activities.
• Coordinate rollout plans, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
• Customize curriculum content for each delivery site.
• Lead in-person and virtual meetings with stakeholders and experts.
• Support deployment logistics and scheduling for sites.
• Collect and analyze workstream data to identify risks and actions.
• Prepare status updates and documentation using Office apps.
