04 Chipotle Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst, People Operations - Training Compliance to monitor and improve regulatory training completion. You will develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, and Workday Learning to support compliance and learning initiatives.

The role focuses on data quality, governance, and analytics, collaborating with leaders to ensure training meets company standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, Employment Compliance, Data Analysis, or a related role.
• Restaurant or retail experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Docebo, Workday Learning), HRIS (e.g., Workday), and Case Management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerBI skills including large data sets, dynamic arrays, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reporting resource within Compliance for Workday Learning and monitor mandatory training.
• Develop, maintain, and improve reports, dashboards, and tools using Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, and other platforms.
• Analyze population, assignment, completion, and timeliness data to identify trends and root causes, and translate findings into recommendations.
• Reference current and archived learning system information to support reporting, audits, and issue resolution.
• Prepare clear reporting, data visualizations, and presentations for senior leadership on training compliance.
