Additional duties may include tracking performance metrics concerning the employees’ and trainers’ development, researching the best training and development methodologies, and updating curricula to match the changes in the organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Foster positive working relationships with various teams to facilitate a cohesive training approach.
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of training programs, including scheduling and resource allocation.

  • Measure learners’ progress against established development standards and learning milestones.
  • Collaborate with instructors and other training staff members to refine training courses and introduce online learning modules and applications.
  • Identify and eliminate barriers to training effectiveness throughout the training value chain.
  • Support the creation of practical course objectives and content, ensuring the delivery according to the objectives.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of training materials and programs.
  • Ensure training is administered according to best practice with accurate content.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to ensure additional error-based training support where required.
  • Research leading employee development trends and techniques and oversee their implementation into the learning programs within the company.
  • Participate in product/service development projects to determine the training needs of users, sales teams, and external partners.
  • Supervise the creation of detailed and accurate progress reports and ensure both training participants and management receive them in a timely fashion.
Qualifications:
  • Multi-EHR experience, including EPIC, preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with demonstrated deep domain knowledge, including a diverse range of workflow systems.
