About the Field Enablement TeamThe Field Enablement team’s mission is to enable our frontline Experience Operations (Sales, Service, Success, and Trust & Safety) employees to solve problems, facilitate ongoing internal educational programs to ensure top-notch product supportability, and empower Thumbtack’s customers and pros to self-serve their needs via public educational content.
About the RoleAs an Enablement Trainer, you will be responsible for facilitating comprehensive training programs that empower our support teams to effectively assist Thumbtack Pros and customers. These programs include employee onboarding for Sales, Service, Success, and Trust & Safety team members; continuous upskilling programs; and virtual learning sessions for Thumbtack Pros. You will be a key player in creating engaging and impactful onboarding experiences for Thumbtack employees. You will provide regular coaching and training to teams to drive meaningful growth in both business outcomes and career development.
