Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience. A PE license in Arizona and proficiency in CAD software are required. This position supports a culture of growth and creativity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in traffic engineering, traffic operations, or ITS projects.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license in Arizona.
• Experience with design projects and traffic studies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage traffic engineering and ITS projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective traffic solutions.
• Analyze traffic data and propose improvements for safety and efficiency.
