Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Licensed Transportation Engineer to join our Traffic & Technology team in Arkansas. You will lead traffic operation studies, signal timing projects, and complex intersection designs while collaborating with a team focused on innovative transportation solutions.

The role requires a PE license, a civil engineering degree, and 6+ years of traffic engineering experience, with CAD familiarity (AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation) and knowledge of Synchro, SimTraffic, HCS, or VISSIM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a PE license.
• 6+ years of relevant traffic engineering experience.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.
• Experience with traffic operations and signal timing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead traffic operation studies and pedestrian circulation studies.
• Design traffic signal timing, pavement markings, and related designs.
• Contribute to citywide safety studies and ITS projects.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to deliver transport solutions.
