Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years progressive traffic engineering experience.
• PE license required; PTOE preferred.
• Experience in transportation planning, design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of traffic engineering principles and safety.
• Proficiency with modeling software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical lead for complex transportation engineering assignments.
• Perform advanced traffic engineering analyses including operations studies and modeling.
• Lead large-scale studies and redevelopment efforts with internal and external teams.
• Support airport roadway analysis, corridor studies, and network evaluations.
• Mentor junior staff and provide QA/QC oversight.
• Support proposals, client discussions, and presentations.
