Job summary

Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC is seeking a Project Manager to lead traffic analysis and engineering design projects. You will supervise production, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate with clients and sub-consultants to deliver high-quality traffic studies.

The role requires a PE, 7+ years of traffic engineering experience, and a valid driver’s license. PTOE is preferred, with opportunities to grow within a nationally recognized multidisciplinary firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 7+ years of experience in traffic/transportation engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration required.
• PTOE is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to operate a personal/company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical traffic analysis assignments and supervise technical production.
• Manage traffic studies and engineering designs, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare traffic impact analyses and technical reports.
• Communicate with clients and attend project meetings; provide testimony at hearings.
• Coordinate with sub-consultants and lead project pursuits and marketing efforts.
• Oversee QA/QC on traffic studies and support other divisions as needed.
• Lead within the traffic engineering discipline and mentor staff.
