Job summary

Dynamic Engineering is a nationally recognized multi-disciplinary firm delivering traffic engineering, planning, and related services across the United States. The Project Manager will lead traffic studies and design assignments, supervise production, and coordinate with clients and principals on new contracts.

Key responsibilities include managing project objectives, timelines, budgets, and directing sub-consultants, with strong emphasis on collaboration, mentorship, and business development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 7+ years of experience in traffic/transportation engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration required.
• PTOE is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Experience with traffic signal design and timing.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical traffic analysis assignments and supervise production.
• Serve as Project Manager for traffic studies and engineering design projects.
• Develop, maintain and execute project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare technical reports such as traffic impact analyses.
• Communicate with clients and attend project meetings; testify at public hearings.
• Supervise engineers and staff; mentor team members.
