Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience with traffic impact studies, traffic operations, and transportation analysis.
• Proficiency with traffic analysis software such as Synchro, HCS, VISSIM, ArcGIS, and similar tools.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage traffic engineering projects from planning through delivery.
• Perform and oversee traffic impact studies, traffic operations analyses, and capacity studies.
• Work on traffic signal design, signal timing, signing, striping, lighting, and traffic control plans.
• Collaborate with transportation engineers, planners, and technical staff on a variety of projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development.
