Sr Traffic Engineer / Planner STV is looking for a Senior Traffic Engineer / Planner to help shape the future of mobility across North Texas. In this role, you’ll lead high-impact transportation planning and traffic engineering projects that improve how people move through growing communities across the DFW region. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of technical leadership, client partnership, team mentorship, and practice growth. You’ll work with clients such as TxDOT, NCTCOG, municipalities, counties, toll authorities, and transit agencies on projects that are visible, meaningful, and connected to the region’s long-term transportation needs. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in transportation planning and traffic engineering, along with curiosity, sound judgment, and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations. You’ll have the autonomy to lead projects, guide project teams, advise clients, and help expand STV’s transportation planning and traffic engineering presence in Texas.

Compensation Range: $146,678.11 - $167,632.13
