The candidate will lead traffic studies, signal design, and corridor analyses, balancing design work with sales support and client management, with optional travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• P.E. license.
• 7 to 15 years' experience.
• Experience with Synchro/SimTraffic, HCS, SIDRA, TransModeler, VISSIM, AutoCAD/MicroStation/Geopak/Open Roads Designer and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of the Highway Capacity Manual.
