Job summary

LJB Inc. in Ohio is seeking an experienced Senior Traffic Engineer to support and grow our Transportation Practice in Dayton, Cleveland, or Columbus. The role involves traffic impact studies, signal design, and project management, with travel as needed.

The candidate will hold a Bachelor's in civil engineering, a P.E. license, and 7–15 years of experience, with proficiency in Synchro, SIDRA, VISSIM, AutoCAD and related tools. The position offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• P.E. license.
• 7 to 15 years' experience.
• Experience with Synchro/SimTraffic, HCS, SIDRA, TransModeler, VISSIM, AutoCAD/MicroStation/Geopak/Open Roads Designer and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of the Highway Capacity Manual.
• PTOE license preferred.
• Experience with Travel Demand Modeling Software (TransCAD, CUBE), ArcGIS, SignCAD.
• Experience with ODOT and OH municipalities.
