Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• P.E. license required.
• 4+ years of traffic engineering experience.
• Experience with state DOT projects preferred.
• Knowledge of the Highway Capacity Manual and OATS manuals.

Responsibilities

• Traffic impact studies.
• Traffic operations analyses.
• Signal timing plans.
• Corridor studies and maintenance of traffic.
• Maintain client relationships and project management.
• Collaborate with transportation/civil engineers.
• Occasionally visit work sites and report findings.
