Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience or higher degrees with parallel experience.
• Experience in delivering traffic signal, signing/striping, maintenance of traffic, street lighting, and fiber communication designs.
• Strong practical design and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Apply senior-level technical expertise to a broad range of engineering solutions.
• Lead discipline planning, work distribution, and adherence to schedule and budget.
• Assist in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
• Develop scope of work and level of effort within the discipline.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of the project team's work.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
• Coordinate with client counterparts and partners on technical aspects.
• Lead discipline delivery on large multi-disciplinary projects.
• Collaborate with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
• Plan schedules and distribution of work for other disciplines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
