Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in Engineering and 5 years of relevant experience, or PhD in Engineering and 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to stakeholders
• Working knowledge of electrical codes and standards
• Experience with electrical and civil design software (CAD, Microstation, Revit)

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute discipline-specific work, ensuring schedule and budget adherence
• Assist in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation
• Develop scope of work and level of effort for projects within discipline
• Oversee completeness and accuracy of project team’s work within the discipline
• Guide and mentor team to achieve project objectives
• Coordinate technical aspects of projects with clients and partners
• Collaborate with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects
• Perform other duties as assigned
