Arcadis is currently seeking a Senior Traffic Design Lead to join our dynamic Transportation team in Boston, MA. In this hybrid role, you will guide a talented team in delivering intricate traffic design projects across the eastern United States and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience post degree.
• PE in a US-based jurisdiction with ability to obtain in others within six months of hire.
• Must possess a US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing team developing traffic, ITS, and tolling plans.
• Drive scope, schedule, and budget performance for traffic tasks.
• Provide quality assurance leadership on complex projects.
• Build strong client relationships and present results.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers across the team.
