Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience post degree.
• PE in a US-based jurisdiction with the ability to obtain PE in other jurisdictions within six months of hire.
• Expertise in Microstation/Open Roads Designer and associated tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing team in developing traffic, ITS, and tolling plan elements.
• Drive scope, schedule, and budget performance for traffic tasks.
• Provide quality assurance leadership on complex projects.
