STV in Texas is seeking a Senior Traffic Engineering Design Manager to lead complex projects across TxDOT and municipalities, delivering smarter mobility solutions. This role requires technical leadership, client partnership, and staff development to advance our traffic engineering design practice across the region.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 16+ years of progressive traffic engineering experience.
- Texas PE license and strong technical background in ITS and traffic operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead traffic engineering, ITS, signal, and illumination projects from planning through PS&E.
- Serve as Design Manager, Project Manager, or Technical Lead on major transportation assignments.
- Build relationships with TxDOT districts, municipalities, transit agencies, and other clients.
- Support growth through opportunities, proposals, and interviews.
- Mentor staff and grow the local traffic engineering practice.
