We are seeking an experienced Senior Traffic Design Engineer to plan, manage, and deliver complex transportation projects with a focus on Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) and Signing/Pavement Marking. This role is suited for a seasoned professional who brings strong technical expertise, sound judgement, and a collaborative leadership style on multidisciplinary project teams. This position will serve as a project manager, technical discipline lead, working directly with clients and public agencies while guiding internal teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and effective MOT strategies.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, leadership experience, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality traffic control and signing plans in compliance with applicable standards and agency requirements.

This position will support our Utah offices but will have opportunities to support other offices throughout the western United States.
