Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an experienced Traffic Control Manager to oversee dispatch, scheduling, and field operations for heavy civil construction projects across Southern California. You will lead crews, coordinate equipment, review TCPs, ensure safety and compliance with Caltrans, MUTCD, and project requirements, and travel to active sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of traffic control operations experience.
• ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) certification required.
• Knowledge of California MUTCD, Caltrans standards.
• Ability to dispatch and coordinate multiple crews and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily traffic control operations across multiple active heavy civil and infrastructure projects.
• Dispatch traffic control crews, trucks, signs, arrow boards, message boards, and other equipment.
• Develop and coordinate daily crew schedules and equipment assignments.
• Adjust manpower, equipment, and assignments in response to callouts and schedule changes.
• Communicate job scope, traffic control requirements, schedules, and site-specific instructions to Foremen and Crew Leads.
• Track crew locations, start/stop times, and equipment movement.
