Timmons Group seeks a Civil Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - Traffic Analysis and Planning for our Washington, DC office. You will lead the Traffic Analysis and Planning Group, managing projects, developing client relationships, and driving business opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree, professional registration, and extensive experience in roadway/traffic projects. A strong grasp of project accounting and software such as MicroStation and traffic tools is

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional registration (P.E., PTOE) in relevant states preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in roadway design, traffic and transportation engineering.
• Strong understanding of project accounting and ability to manage schedules/budgets for multiple projects.
• Experience in marketing and supervision of technical staff.
• Proficiency with engineering software (MicroStation, traffic analysis tools).
• Professional conduct and effective communication with clients and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned projects and build strong client relationships.
• Lead marketing and business development, ensure technical quality, profitability, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate project staff, negotiate scopes/fees, and assist in billing/collections.
• Maintain cross-sell opportunities for Timmons Group services and communicate with leadership.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring schedule adherence and budget control.
