Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Trading Support Associate III to support trading activities across multiple platforms and rectify trade errors affecting client accounts.

The hybrid role requires engagement with internal and external customers, coordination of large block orders, and ensuring accurate trade data entry. The candidate should have finance/accounting education and solid customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees (Accounting or Finance) or HS required.
• Experience with securities trading concepts is preferred.
• Ability to analyze and reconcile trading data and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between SMA trading team and external money managers.
• Provide technical support for trading systems and rectify trade errors.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone or written correspondence.
• Perform price adjustments and trade corrections for client accounts.
• Ensure trades are executed per policy and data is accurately recorded.
• Offer superior customer service in a high-volume environment.
