Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between SMA trading team and external money managers.
• Provides technical support to internal clients using trading systems.
• Responds to inquiries about trading systems via phone or email.
• Performs price adjustments and trade corrections for client accounts.
• Review trade problems and determine corrective actions.
• Coordinates large block orders with money managers and desks.
• Ensures trades are executed and confirmed per policies.
