Job summary

You will drive strategic deals with buy-side clients, lead in-depth demos, and negotiate terms to maximize revenue while advising on implementation and retention strategies. The role requires strong executive relationships, excellent communication, and willingness to travel across the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in a high-paced sales environment focused on trading platforms and services.
• Ability to build relationships with executives and CXOs of clients and prospects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire confidence under pressure.
• Broad and up-to-date knowledge of the financial technology industry, including trends and market demands.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong initiative.
• Strong focus on capturing industry trends and competitors landscape.
• Solid negotiation skills for mutually beneficial solutions while maximizing revenue.
• Experience with Trading Solutions.
• Willingness to travel.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject-matter expert on FactSet’s LiquidityBook OMS, FIX network, and related offerings.
• Drive sales cycles with buy-side clients: sourcing leads, leading demos, and executing POCs.
• Handle deal negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes for FactSet.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on deal structures and close strategies.
• Provide guidance on workflow implementation and client retention (ASV).
• Build rapport with key client decision-makers and educate non-SME sales staff.
• Represent FactSet at industry conferences and mentor team members.
